About this website
This website is run by Holy Land with Avi, the private touring business of licensed tour guide Avi Mashiach. Our full business details are on our Contact Details page.
Using the website
You are welcome to browse the website, read about our tours and book them for yourself and the people travelling with you. Please don't:
- use the website for anything unlawful or misleading, including booking in someone else's name without their permission;
- try to interfere with the website, its security or its booking system, or to access any part of it that isn't meant for you;
- copy large parts of the website, or collect information from it with automated tools.
Content and copyright
The text, photos, videos, logos and design of this website belong to Holy Land with Avi or are used under licence. You are welcome to share links to our pages, but please don't copy or reuse our content without our written permission.
Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep tour descriptions, prices and availability accurate and up to date. Itineraries describe a typical day, and the actual day may vary (see section 6 of our Terms & Conditions). If we find a clear error in the price of a booking you have already made, we contact you before your tour, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund. We never change the price of a confirmed booking without your agreement.
Cancellations
How to cancel a booking, and the refunds that apply, are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Payments and other services
Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card details under its own terms and security standards. We never see your full card number. The website also links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp. We aren't responsible for those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Your personal details
How we use the details you give us when you book is explained in the privacy notice on our booking form. You can ask us about your details at any time (see our Contact Details).
Website availability
We aim to keep the website available and working well, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or update parts of it at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Nothing in them limits any right you have as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one in force.
