Terms of Service

Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 36 hours or more before the scheduled start of the tour or transfer receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 35 hours before the scheduled start receive a 50% credit. Cancellations made 23 hours or less before the scheduled start are charged in full, with no refund.
